When supply chain issues led to decreased availability of and trust in Amway’s SA8 Laundry Detergent in key APAC markets, Amway knew they had to make a change. They moved production to China and updated the formula to be even more plant-based—then asked Next to create a campaign that positioned SA8 as new, improved, and readily-available.
